🏄‍♀️🧘‍♀️ SUP Yoga in the Pool? Absolutely!

One of my favorite classes so far this summer has been our SUP Yoga session at the Hastings Lake YMCA! The pool creates the perfect environment to build balance, confidence, and core strength while having a few laughs along the way.

Whether you're brand new to paddleboarding or a seasoned paddler looking to challenge your practice, this class is such a unique experience. And yes, falling in is part of the fun! 💦

What excites me most is knowing that these classes don't have to end when summer does. When the cold months arrive and we're all dreaming of sunshine, lake days, and warm weather, we'll still be able to get our SUP Yoga fix indoors at the pool.

Thank you to everyone who joined me for this session! I can't wait to bring more of these classes to the Hastings Lake YMCA and keep the summer vibes flowing all year long. ☀️

Pro tip for beach yoga! Get yourself a beach rug, tuck the sand as weight around the edges, then lay your yoga mat on top! Helps keep the sand off the mat if you wander off it 😉 see you guys next week! Friday 8am and Saturday! ⛱️ 🏖 🌊
