I finished Lizzy #3 yesterday. Now, I send it off for editing, formatting, and the cover design. Lizzy O'Malley meets a new character to the series at Culloden. This is a haunting photograph of the Scottish battlefield.

Happy All Hallows' Day. I'm in the home stretch, writing the third Lizzy O'Malley Mystery. Most of the novel is set in Portland, Oregon, but Lizzy dashes on a business trip to Inverness, Scotland. One of the scenes takes place in this church graveyard, beside the River Ness.
