We dance, lift, and step WITH our clients. We feel what they feel. Tired. Breathless. Pushing through…we experience it with you. We can adjust our playlists and energy accordingly.

We lead by example. We mess up, then laugh with our clients. They see we are human too and that shows humility. Humility builds trust.

And when life brings challenges and celebrations we are the first to offer the sweatiest hugs.

I am thrilled and honored to bring the VERY FIRST Fly Dance Fitness (woman owned I might add) in North Carolina right here to the lake ! ⛵️

The lake is about to be LIT y’all!! 🔥

Dad jokes aside- I truly cannot express my gratitude for the support, encouragement and excitement this community has already shown FLY LKN (and me).🧡

However, I’m just a small piece of this puzzle-YOU are what makes FLY Dance Fitness so special. I want our studio to be a safe place to let loose and be your Oh-So-FLY selves!
We are in this together. 🤝 Each of us doing our best and lifting each other up along the way.
