Let’s Kick off summer @ the Studio with some spirit!!! ☀️ 4th of July week we will be doing a theme everyday! You can participate in the dress up days but it is NOT required to attend class!

Of course we will have prizes because what is spirit week without those?! We will keep a point system throughout the week!
🥇1st place NEW Align sweatshirt, NEW grippy socks, Drip coffee gift card, and a pair of their very own bangles AND bragging rights of course!
🥈2nd place winner will receive a pair of NEW grippy socks and Drip coffee gift card.
🥉3rd place winner will receive a pair of NEW grippy socks.

How to get points:
Dress up: 5 points

Meet our new instructor- Jeani Vincent 💛

Jeani lives by Lake Albert with her husband and 4 children. She has been a part of the studio since day one, proving showing up and putting in the work is what she does best!
Jeani is a stay at home mom and works part time for Madison Physical Therapy. Running, lifting and being active has been a huge part of her life for over 15 years now. She loves sharing her passion for fitness with others.
Group fitness is no stranger to Jeani, before having her 4th baby just one year ago she taught strength and kickboxing classes at Synergy Strength Studio in Brookings for 2 years, and was also the Cross Country coach at Arlington High School for 8 years. She is excited to be getting back into teaching again and we are so excited and thankful to be adding her to our team!
Jeani’s experience, positive energy, and genuine love of fitness makes her the perfect addition to Align. 🫶

Start your Saturday morning off with a little movement, fresh air, and fun!

Align Fitness will be hosting a Pilates workout in the park at 7:00 AM on Saturday the 20th. Whether you're a fitness enthusiast or just looking for a great way to kick off your morning, this class is designed for all fitness levels and is a perfect way to energize yourself before a full day of Dexter Days activities.

The cost is $13 per person unless you have a membership through them, then you can use that!. Payment can be made by Venmo to -RanchRodeo or with cash when the class begins. All you need to bring is yourself, a water bottle, and a Pilates mat if you would like one.
