Jefferson Speedway update from this past weekend.

In a nutshell:
- Car was fast
- Qualified P6
- Heat P6
- Car was looking very promising once again in the feature… until it wasn’t.
- Motor decided to let go with 6 laps to go.
- We shall return..

Jefferson Speedway update:

First night back after a long hiatus for the #118.

Qualifying-
P6

Heat-
No matter which line he tried going, he had nowhere to go without it being a disaster, so he just hung back for a P5 finish.

Feature-
Car rolled out track side starting P7 and was on rails. Unfortunately a caution came out with 5 laps to go while Carson was sitting in P4. On the restart, coming out of turn 2 on the green, the transmission decided to let go ending his night.

Unfortunately some things happen that are just out of our hands, but we definitely liked where the car was at during the feature, and are happy how things are overall for the first time back this season! 🤘🏼
