Hey y'all! I hope you and your family are staying safe and making use of the special time together. I know some of you have been anxiously waiting for class to start back up. I will be starting classes back tomorrow. (Providing city doesn't cancel all classes again due to rise in Corona). I will ONLY be teaching at LJRC 12:45 M & R, SPIN/TONE combination (cardio + toning strength intervals). Be assured we are taking ALL measures to safely exercise! We are in the gym, 10 feet apart & limited to 12 participants. YOU NEED TO CALL AHEAD TO RESERVE YOUR SPOT! Hope to see y'all soon!

Hope yall are getting somewhat of your "Normal" back. these days! Just an update on classes & gyms:

Power House: Open & classes back in session
LJRC: Open with appointment only. Some classes began
Dow: Gym remains closed.

I WILL BE RETURNING TO TEACH:
Power House: July 1: Wed & Thurs 6:00 SPIN
LJRC: June 29. Mon: Spin+Muscle, Thurs Spin
Dow: ?
