Reminder: pick "ship to coach" and the items are then delivered to Chippewa Valley Sporting Goods and then I pick up for you. It is free shipping this way. You can also pay for shipping and have shipped directly to you.

Happy Birthday Pauline Benzschawel Spiegel! She is 70 STRONG! Pauline is always ready to work and very active in all aspects of her life! Working out keeps her doing all the fun things! We had a fun workout with Pauline’s playlist today!!

FIT FUN FRIDAY…

8am …. Strength and Stretch
It is a different workout every Friday but it is 40 minutes strength focusing on form /balance,lighter weights.
Today we are using the steps and bands(for some inner thigh work)!

530am…. For the summer months we are doing “Double S”. Spin for 20 minutes and a strength circuit for 20 minutes. Great way to end your week and start your weekend!

FYI…. Chippewa Valley Sporting goods said a few people asked about store items for pick up. I picked up last Friday and have distributed to everyone I have seen this week. I know most of the ones I have are out of town this week but I will be back in studio on Monday if you want to swing in and pick up. Thanks.

Part 2-detail including prices on Just Jen. I am very up front about pricing. You pay for sessions as you go. There are no "recurring" fees, I do not save any card info, no gimmicks.... just the prices for services as they are. I realize everyone has to look at budgets and do what is best for them. I strive to keep my prices so they are hopefully attainable and I am also to keep going and offer this to the community. (6.5 years strong so far!)
