Let’s go Gavin!

Congratulations to Gavin Stewart on being named the MVP of the Dairyland Collegiate League. 🏆

Stewart hit .342 on the season with 40 hits and 28 RBIs. On the mound in 22 IP he had 23 Ks, a 0.96 ERA, and a 0.82 WHIP.

Day 2 of our youth camp was a success! Today’s camp focused on pitching! We worked on pitching mechanics and pitchers fielding practice (PFP’s) and we look forward to seeing all these athletes develop over the next few years!

Day 1 of our Youth baseball camp was cut short due to weather but our 2nd-4th graders got after it today! Looking forward to day 2 with this group tomorrow and for our 5th-8th graders to get their work in!

A heartfelt thank you to the Wayne Vorpagel family for their generous donation to the Badger Baseball program in memory of Coach Wayne Vorpagel.

Coach Vorpagel made a lasting impact on countless student-athletes, and this meaningful gift will help continue his legacy for future generations of Badger baseball players. May his memory live on through the lives he touched, the lessons he taught, and all those who knew and loved him. ❤️⚾

One final award recognition for the 2026 baseball season. Matthew O'Grady was recognized as Honorable Mention All-District for the Southeast District. This is Matt's 2nd year in a row with all-district recognition! Congratulations on a great season and career!
