Today, we celebrate the 150th birthday of Maria Montessori!
She believed not only in the importance of academics, but also developing the whole child...through care of self, care of the environment and through movement.
This is why and go so well together. They encompass similar thoughts and ideals.
Montessori Minds Yoga combines these two ideas to help nurture the child in a number of ways; intellectually, physically and emotionally.
