It all starts here.

We’re excited to announce that the first race of 2027 for SCDRA Gulf Coast will be January 22-23 at the Gulf Coast Winter Nationals at Hunt the Front’s Southern Raceway in Milton, Florida.

Co-sanctioned by SCDRA and SCDRA Gulf Coast, this event marks the beginning of a new chapter as we work to strengthen and grow Sport Compact racing throughout the Gulf Coast region.

A $5,000-to-win event is one heck of a way to kick off 2027, and we look forward to welcoming competitors from across the country for one of the premier Sport Compact events of the winter.

Mark your calendars for January 22-23, 2027. We’ll see you in Milton.🏝️⛱️👙

Twenty-two drivers locked themselves into the $5,000-to-win Stingers Gone Wild feature Friday night at Pike County Speedway.

The first 10 starting positions were set through qualifying, while positions 11-22 were earned through one of two 12-lap qualifying races.

The remaining drivers will battle it out in tonight’s Last Chance Qualifier, where the final two transfer spots into the 24-car Stingers Gone Wild feature will be up for grabs. $5,000 to win is on the line.
