🤩TWO YEARS🤩 Another exciting two year celebration!! Every ballerina has a tell through their extreme external rotation, tenacity and strength! And Amanda is no different! Working with her these past two years has been a true joy. Her dedication shines through in every session, turning hard work into beautiful progress. She brings fierce focus, deep grace, and a can-do attitude to the studio every single week. Beyond perfecting her form, the best part of this journey has been watching our connection grow into a lasting friendship outside the studio walls. Our conversations are never dull and our sessions are never lackadaisical.

😍TWO YEARS😍 If you've known me for any period of time, you know this lady holds a special place in my heart! Everyone needs a Ms. Mary in their lives! She's a thoughtful, kind, big-hearted, encouraging and selfless friend.. and in the studio, she's one of the hardest working people I know, always pushing herself to do just a little extra. She's the epitome of making true lifestyle changes and reaping the sustainable benefits along the way! Down nearly 100 pounds, off multiple medications, determined to live the healthiest, most holistic life possible! She's one of the best parts of my day three days a week.. always here with a smile, unwavering positivity, and enthusiasm. She's so much more than a client, she's family!

🤩ONE YEAR🥳 One year of Pilates but about 3 years of talking about Pilates.. 😆 and 6 years of being our vet! Dr. Martha Briley is the sweetest, most knowledgeable vet with the biggest heart! She has gone above and beyond for me and my family and our pups time and time again.. I truly can't sing her praises enough! And finally, a year ago, she became one of my clients and has completely fallen in love with the practice and is a big believer of what Pilates can do for you holistically. She's gotten so much stronger, so much more flexible, and she's starting to feel and see the benefits in her every day personal and professional life. From picking up 100 lb dogs to going out on a 15 mile trail, Dr. Briley pays huge tribute to her Pilates practice for making her feel stronger and more capable than ever. I absolutely love having her in the studio and strengthening our friendship. Her positivity is contagious!! From geeking out on the science of movement and anatomy, to chatting about our favorite hikes and places to travel, our conversations are never dull. 😍THREE YEARS😍 3 years of pure sunshine!! Anyone who knows Raney Luafalemana knows that when she enters the room, it's like a breath of fresh air. She exudes positivity and joy! The last 3 years and the journey we've been on together through her Pilates practice and in her personal life has been nothing short of incredible and transformative. To know where she started and where she is now, with all the mountains and valleys in between, is awe-inspiring! Raney has not only grown in strength, she has worked so hard to improve her posture and technique, get healthy overall, and she gained confidence on the way. She is strong, determined, hilarious, chatty, empathetic, caring and kind. She makes you better just by being in your life and being herself. We all need a "Raney" in our lives and I'm so proud to know her and humbled to get to work with her.

🤩ONE YEAR🥳 This is such a full circle moment! I've been knowing Dr. Laurie Baynard for six~ years, since I was pregnant with babygirl.. immediately bonding over the fascination of the body and our mutual love for Pilates! She got me through my prenatal and postpartum recovery from a chiropractor standpoint, and now I get to help her in her Pilates practice! As a chiropractor and business owner, it amazes me every week when she shows up for herself knowing everything she has on her plate. But she has stayed consistent, prioritizing her own health and vitality so she can continue to give her absolute best to everyone around her. She truly leads by example!

Dr. Laurie, I love your drive, ambition, sass and wit. You make every session so fun and educational! You inspire me as a woman and business owner in the health and fitness world and I look forward to many more sessions and conversations ahead! Congratulations on this awesome milestone! ♥️

😍THREE YEARS😍 It's crazy how three years can feel like an eternity and no time at all at the same time. This lady right here seems like someone I've known my whole life although we just met 3 years ago at my home studio. We immediately clicked.. like a God-ordained relationship. In 3 years we've cheers'd successes, mourned losses, celebrated weddings, danced our booties off at balls, thrown parties, laughed 'til we cried, and have grown to feel more like family!

And in our Pilates journey, Julie Morris is hands down one of the strongest, hardest working and most resilient people I've ever met! She once completed an hour session and went straight to the ER afterwards to pass a kidney stone. 🤯 She's one of a kind, LOVES Pilates, and, even more amazing, loves her people BIG! I'm constantly amazed by her determination to grow in her practice and inspired by her unwavering dedication to mastering every move. And if you ask her to do something else at 4:30pm, you already know the answer- sorry, can't! Pilates! 😂
