Who usually has a mini workout partner??

This girl has popped in on many of my workouts throughout the 5 weeks doing our Fallin For Fit program!

At first, I felt bad she was popping in on me trying to motivate others, but then I realized this is my reality when trying to exercise, just like many of you! You can keep going and even use your little one as the weight!
