Sounding American when marketing and selling to Americans as a coach or agency owner makes a huge difference.

I've worked in telemarketing, sales and customer service in the US and... let me tell you. People with strong foreign accents are treated FAR worse than their American counter parts. Or talked bad about behind their backs.
