Chris West hip mobility seminar was awesome. We definitely gained some knowledge and tools for our hip health. Highly recommend having Chris come educate your athletes on hip mobility. Which directly translates to being in less pain and being a better athlete.

We are proud to announce that we are accepting new members for our Youth Grappling Classes Tuesday and Thursdays 4:30PM. Classes will be lead by Jean Paul Ducrest 💪🏽🦍

Jean Paul is STMs first ever wrestling state champion (2007) and a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Black belt under Mike Diaz.

We look forward to assisting Coach JP in shaping the next generation of athletes coming out of Lafayette Louisiana. ⚜️🐢
