Sandlot Baseball was founded with a simple mission: to provide a positive, structured, and competitive environment focused on player development, fundamentals, character, and leadership.
As a nonprofit organization, we reinvest directly into our players, teams, facilities, and coaching staff. One of the things that sets Sandlot apart is our coaching model. With the exception of our 7U/8U teams, we do not use parent coaches. Instead, we recruit experienced coaches with high school, collegiate, and professional playing backgrounds who are passionate about teaching the game the right way.
