When I was a little girl I felt so trapped inside myself. But I felt like there was a bigness that wanted to come out and be expressed.

I used to love super hero shows cause I felt like there was a super hero in me ready to surface.

And in fact there was. Perhaps not in the literal sense, but these days I no longer feel trapped with in and I've claimed the super power of my voice ...

I feel each person has a super power with their voice.. This super power helps you process the mental and emotional blocks in the way of your flow and bigness and it then is the super power you can continue to use to support your best self and others.

After all the trainings and multiple step processes and dogma i've gone through, I've stopped seeking and settled into the love frequency. It has made a very big difference .
