🔥 FREE summer training program
📍 Ages 12-17
📅 Monday-Friday
⏰ Participants can attend either our 6AM, 5PM or 6PM large group sessions
🏋️‍♂️ Boxing, HIIT, strength training and leadership development

This program is designed to help teens create healthier habits, improve discipline, build confidence and surround themselves with positive energy this summer ☀️

⚠️ Only 10 participants will be selected for this summer’s program because we want to provide the highest quality experience possible.
