🦀☘️ IMPORTANT FRONTIER DAYS VOLUNTEER UPDATE ☘️🦀
Land People…
There has been a slight complication during work party preparations.
Krabington and I may have spent too much time near the Sage Rat Café project files and become temporarily sage-ratified.
We are hopeful this condition is reversible.
HOWEVER…
The work still needs to get done!
We need volunteers to help prepare the Frontier Days grounds for our:
🎆 50th Anniversary Celebration 🎆
Starting:
📅 Saturday, May 30
Volunteer work party hours:
🕗 Show up anytime between 8am–2pm
Help wanted for:
🌱 W**d eating
🍃 Raking
🚜 Mowing
Please bring:
• your own w**d eater
• your own lawn rake
(We provide string and gas.)
☕ Coffee
🍩 Donuts
🥤 Drinks
🍔 Lunch for morning volunteers!

Our community is always growing, and so are our sports programs. As part of that growth, we’re excited to introduce a new draft process across all LPSA sports programs.

This is a big step forward in creating balanced teams, supporting player development, and keeping the focus on fun and fair competition for every athlete.

While this is new for us locally, similar draft processes are used in youth sports programs nationwide to give players the best possible experience.

We invite you to take a few minutes to read through the process and stay connected with how we’re continuing to strengthen our programs—together.

We’re excited to officially announce the launch of Hawks Youth Cheer (HYC)!

This new program will give our athletes the opportunity to:
• Learn the fundamentals of cheer
• Build confidence, teamwork, and leadership
• Support our Hawks teams on game days
• AND explore opportunities for future competitions

Whether your athlete is brand new or already loves to cheer, this is going to be something special for our community.

Field Day at Finley Butte Park – Let’s Get Game-Ready!

It’s time to wake the fields from their winter nap and get them shining for a season full of baseball, softball, and soccer!

Join us Saturday, March 28th from 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM at Finley Butte Park for a community Field Day. We’ll be rolling up our sleeves to prep the diamonds, tune up the grass, and make sure everything is ready for opening day energy.

What to expect:
• Field prep for baseball, softball and eventually soccer
• Fresh air, teamwork, and a little dirt-under-your-nails satisfaction

Bring the family, a friend, or your whole team—many hands make light work (and faster progress!).

Let’s build something great together—because every amazing season starts with a strong field. 💪🌟

Outfield Fence Sponsorship Opportunities Now Available

Support local youth athletics while promoting your business to hundreds of local families throughout the year.

The La Pine Sports Academy is offering Outfield Fence Advertising at our baseball and softball complex. Games, practices, tournaments, and community events bring a steady flow of families to the fields all season long.

Fence Sign Sponsorship Includes:

• Full-color ACM advertising sign

• Professional layout assistance if needed

• Installation on the outfield fence

• Two full seasons of placement

• Recognition as a supporter of local youth sports

Sign Options

3 ft × 5 ft — $1,000 (2 seasons)

4 ft × 6 ft — $1,800 (2 seasons)

ACM panels are durable, weather-resistant, and designed to maintain a vibrant professional appearance outdoors.

Hey basketball families & fans! 🏀
We want to bring even more FUN to our Hawks Elite Youth Basketball game days, so from here on out every Saturday will have a different theme.

This week's games are 🩷 PINK OUT! 🩷 Parents and spectators are encouraged to wear as much pink as possible (players are welcome to wear pink as well, as long as they have their jersey visible on top of it all and nothing can be considered a safety hazard to other players).

We'll also have:
- Flowers for sale at concessions for Valentine's day
$3 per stem 🌹 | Add a special note for $1 💌
- Valentine's Day Raffle baskets at each site ✨
Tickets are $1 each, no limit! 🎟
