Meet your 2026-2027 Coaches 🖤💛

Kayla Josefiak, Head Coach

Coach Josefiak is pumped to start her second season as the LaCrosse head volleyball coach. She is passionate about building a program rooted in hard work, discipline and belief. Right behind their parents, she’s her athletes’ biggest fan—celebrating them and constantly reminding them what they’re capable of both on and off the court.

Outside the gym, Kayla wears a few different hats as a wife, mom, and Christian life coach. Life with her husband Ty and their four kids keeps her grounded and on the move. Between sports schedules and farm life, she is her family’s #1 Uber and cheerleader—it’s always an adventure, and she wouldn’t have it any other way.

Nikki Larson, Assistant Coach

Nikki has been married to her husband, Aaron, for 16 years, and together they’re raising their three kids—Rylie, Josie, and Kade. She works as a veterinarian and loves spending time gardening, camping, and being with her family.

Nikki has coached club volleyball and a variety of rec sports over the years, always bringing encouragement, positivity, and passion to the court.

She believes deeply in the potential of this group and is excited to help build something special alongside these girls. Nikki knows they’re capable of big things and can’t wait to watch them grow both on and off the court.

Meet Your 2026-2027 Coaches 💛🖤

We’re very excited to introduce our new assistant coach, Hannah Patterson.

Hannah is currently a senior at Fort Hays State University majoring in Elementary Education.

She is a LaCrosse alumni and beyond excited to be a part of the program that grew her love for the game.

Volleyball has been a huge part of her life, and she’s ready to help athletes grow in their skills, confidence, and love for the game.

Hannah is excited to build relationships with the players and have a fun, positive, and competitive season!

Congratulations to the Leopard Boys Track Team on winning the CPL League Championship today in Victoria! Also, congratulations to the Ladies on their Runner-Up finish today! It was a great day to be a Leopard! Good luck at Regionals next week!
