Come get better with us this fall! Our pre season development lab is aimed to help players not only develop their ball handling, shooting, and skills but also their ability to run actions. We will dive into pick and roll, down screens, flare screens, and other concepts giving players dedicated time to develop there ability to read how defenses guard these actions, and how to be successful against each one.
With over 55 hours of development and 8 hours dedicated to strength and plyos in the weight room, this is an opportunity you can’t miss!

The Development Lab is an 8-week preseason preparation program built for serious players who want to enter the season prepared and ready to compete.
Before team practices, training camp, and games ramp up, players will get early exposure to the actions, spacing, reads, triggers, concepts, and situations they’re likely to see throughout the season.
The goal is to make sure players aren’t walking into preseason trying to process everything for the first time. By getting that exposure early, they can enter practices more comfortable, more confident, and better prepared to understand what’s happening on the floor.
Each weekend follows a structured progression focused on season readiness. Players will sharpen the skills needed to execute within those situations, including finishing, shooting, footwork, decision-making, and basketball IQ, while also completing dedicated strength and plyometric work to improve explosiveness and prepare their bodies for the physical demands of the season.
By the time the season begins, players will have a stronger understanding of what they’re seeing, how to respond, and what coaches will expect from them.
