~~My dry weight is at 240lbs now~~ CHICKEN, RICE, FETA CHEESE and SPINACH- yum šš¼ .. Follow my transformation into bodybuilding....... I post for my own motivation, tracking my road and hopefully to motivate othersā¤ļø ..... If you ask me why I do this, you wouldnāt understand my answer then...... When you are King Kong, you train heavy- gorilla style! Tearing muscles and forcing them to grow!...... āMy motivation comes from the person staring back at me when I look in the mirrorā -Me.
