All of our Boards are approximately 24″ by 48″ with a 6″ hole centered 9" down.

Standard Set:

Our regulation Standard Boards have an advanced design allowing them to weigh only 20lbs each. Equipped with folding legs and a bag catcher cross brace attached that not only adds stability but also allows to pull out both legs together for easy set up. The corners are square around the top but still softened to prevent snagging your bags. Our total set with bags weighs 44lbs compared to a typical set that weighs upwards of 60 lbs.

Premium Set:

Our regulation Premium Boards have everything that our Standards Boards have in addition to rounded corners on the tops and a built-in carrying handle on each side of each board giving more options for easy transportation, setup and tear down.

◾ HANDCRAFTED - Hand cut, hand routed, hand sanded, hand assembled, hand conditioned, hand painted and hand clear coated. Everything is done by hand to ensure that your boards get the individual attention they deserve.

◾ DURABLE - A lot of maker's use 1/2" or 5/8" for their tops. Ours are made with 3/4" Birch. The frames are assembled with Kreg pocket hole screws. The tops are glued to the frames and secured with Kreg pocket hole screws. The legs are attached to the frames with 3/8" carriage bolts, washers and wing nuts. We place a washer between the frame and the legs to ensure that the legs do not rub against the frames and wear off the finish.

◾ SMOOTH - The edges and holes on all of our tops and the handles of our Premium Boards are routed with 1/4" round over bit. Then they are hand sanded with 220 grit sand paper to ensure that your bags will NOT snag. The entire set is coated multiple times with polyurethane. We sand between coats to ensure a butter smooth finish.

2'x4' Joining the Union Stained

In the illustrated images Indiana became the 19th state on Dec 11, 1816. Each set of state boards will have the outline of the state, the date it became a state and what number that state is, the name of the state, and the nickname of the state. The layout may differ slightly depending on the size of your state.
