This is one of my clients, Donna. We’ve been working together for 6 months. She’s been diagnosed with scoliosis and fibromyalgia. Her husband passed away not too long ago. She chose to make some positive changes in her life. She’s lost 35 lbs so far but I think the biggest thing is we’ve strengthened her back/core and posture tremendously. We have improved her movement capacity so she is much more stable and much more capable at doing physical activities.

There is a secret that the elite of the elite teach their members that they do not want you to know. Who do you take advice from? They teach to only take advice from a person who has already done what you want to do.
When it comes to health and fitness. Who do you take advice from? A celebrity? A fitness magazine editor? Most people take bad advice and that’s why they do not achieve their fitness goals. Do you know what % of fitness professionals take synthetic hormones? Probably 99%. Is their program going to work the same for people who do not take that? No.
I’ve been studying and practicing exercise and nutrition for over 30 years. I’ve put an unspeakable amount of effort, time, intensity, suffering, and intelligent thought into fitness and how to train the body. I was doing HIIT cardio 20 years ago. Before it was even known. I train different than what is standard because I’ve leaned better principles and a better understanding of the body.
I’ve got room for a few clients in Sevierville and a few in Knoxville. I also do coaching/consulting where I will customize a training program and a nutrition program for you.

One of the most difficult things to do in any path in life is to unlearn knowledge. This is especially true in fitness and nutrition. I’ve been at it for 30 years now and I’ve had to unlearn the knowledge that was taught to me. Most people are never going to get the results they’re after without making this change. My training techniques and principles are different . I’m drug free. No Fake Stuff Here!

Hey guys, we’ve got a few slots left available in Knoxville for personal training. We help people with health, fitness, and nutrition. We help people lose weight, reduce joint pain, come back from injury, look better, and feel better. I started in fitness/nutrition when I was 18, I’ll be 49 next month. This will change your life if you take the step. It doesn’t matter what age or s*x you are. The older you are the more you need it. It’s not free but it’s worth it because it’s going to save you on health care and wasting money on supplements and other things you don’t really need. If you’ve been working out for a while and haven’t gotten the results you need. I bet you I can get you better results in the next 6 months than what you could do on your own in 5 years.
