Picked up an injury over the weekend... Hopeful it's not too serious. With that said, whatever the issue is, we will face it and overcome it. And, continue to train around the injury.

Too often, I see people get injuries and then completely fall away for fitness. I can't fathom having that weak of a mindset.

For now, I can't run (or walk well), but I can do everything else. So, I'll pour into my training and not use my injury as an excuse to get lazy and weak.

Thanks to my awesome teammates for a 3rd place finish and an incredible experience!
