CLOSING DAY! There is so much to unload in this post but it’s worth the share! My high school teammate, professional fighter and friend and his lovely wife are building their real estate investment portfolio and have allowed me to be a part of this process. I am eternally grateful. Thank you!

Scott & Kelsey seem to be in the season of change…and it’s not stopping them from building an empire along the way! Scott is on the verge of wrapping up a tremendous professional fighting career with his last fight coming December 3rd in Orlando!

Scott has been preparing for this fight all while being a father to his son, husband to his wife Kelsey who supporting her husband as his fight career is coming to and end and thinking about life after his career! Oh and did I mention that Kelsey is still working in her career, pregnant with baby #2 and investing in real estate for the future? Wow!

I tell you this to say, yes investing takes work, discipline and a great realtor (shameless plug) 😂

In the midst of their lives evolving, The Holtzman clan is keeping their eyes forward and building their future one deal at a time. It’s a real treat to experience!

On the flip side of this deal, the woman pictured above is Hester Fay! Long time resident of Crestwood Hills for 52 years! The sweetest woman you could ever imagine with a heart of gold and a mind like you wouldn’t believe and mother to my dear friend

Hester bought one of the original Parade of Homes in 1970 and has called Crestwood Hills her home ever since. Selling her home was a bittersweet moment for Hester. And it was certainly one of the best experiences seeing her and Scott exchange stories, memories and plans for the home in the future!

Spent Saturday at the “Kickball with Curt” event. ⁣

It felt good to be surrounded by many other local Knoxville athletes, role models and community leaders all there to serve the youth in our city. ⁣
⁣
Big Brother Big Sister, Boys and Girls Club, Drums Up Guns Down, Men of Valor, Change Center were some of the organizations involved. ⁣A few of these I took part in as a kid.

Knoxville needs more of this and we need more guys like . Already looking forward to next year and giving back more to our youth. ⁣
