With over 17 years of teaching Pilates and performing dance in the US and internationally, Christi offers private and group sessions on Pilates equipment and specialized mat exercises based in Frisco, Texas. Each private Pilates session is uniquely designed around you and your personal goals, whether that may be to simply lose weight, or to

strengthen a specific area of the body, including rehab, therapy, and overall flexibility and balance. Private dance conditioning is offered to dancers of all ages and stages to fine tune form, technique and placement while strengthening weak muscle groups. Our faith inspired mat classes are a fusion of Pilates and dance technique, which we refer to as “dancilates”, and we offer these classes to women’s ministries across the US. Christi’s clientele is broad, and includes women in all stages of life, including executive women, housewives, dancers, celebrities, athletes, elderly and kids. Certified in all Pilates Equipment, Mat, Dance Conditioning, Barre, and Piloxing. Offer Jazz, Ballet ,Modern and Hip Hop private dance conditioning. Choreography and Workshops also available. Have over 17 years of experience. Danced for Disney, Telemundo, TBN and many more.

We are a boutique fitness studio offering a unique and dynamic approach to Pilates that combines the principles of Pilates with the grace and fluidity of dance. We chose the name Dancilates because it represents the fusion of our two favorite things - dance and Pilates. Check out our classes and experience the best of both worlds!
