Our Story

KRUSHBOX fitness was designed out of the need for a non-intimidating, encourging atmosphere for all people to thirve!

With so much marketing pushing a narrative that we are all suppose to look the same way, we wanted to steer that narrative in a direciton that focuses on physical and mental health through cross-training and kickboxing.

KRUSHBOX combines the benefits of the two most popular forms of exercise, FitnessKickboxing and Cross Training. Great for women and men of any current fitness level.

KRUSHBOX members have remained in our program because not only of the great training and results, but also because of the culture and community.
