Classes are tailored to the students present. Tuesday and Thursday at 5:30 - 6:45 PM at the Mountain View Chiropractic Clinic. Restorative Yoga Flow - A very gentle class that strengthens and relaxes. Today is Labor Day, the Senior Center is Closed. Tony will lead yoga on Weds, Sept 9, Mon Sept 14 and Weds Sept 16 because Elisabeth and I are traveling. Kaysie from the UT Ex will teach chair yoga on Thurs 10. There is no yoga on Fri 11 due to the Senior Expo. Hve fun! I'll be back for chair yoga on Thurs the 17th. Friday, Sept 25 is Dolly Day at the Senior Activity Center. In honor of Dolly there will be no yoga so that everyone can join in the fun.

Next Weds, 6/10/26. We will meet for yoga at the My People Senior Activity Center at 11 like usual. We may not have access to the fitness room. If that's so, and if it's a nice day, we will meet outside. I'll be there.
