EXCITING ANNOUNCEMENT!
I just passed my final exam for my Kinesiology Certification!
If you're already aware of my "secret menu" then this isn't news.
But, if you're like, what the heck is kinesiology (other than it's fun to say) then keep reading...
Kinesiology means "the science of movement" and I've been practicing it unofficially for years. My first experience with Kinesiology Education came when I started homeschooling the boys. We used specific movement-based exercises to help rewire neurological pathways to support emotional regulation—especially as associated with autism, ADHD, sensory challenges, and learning differences.
If you knew them then and know them now, you’ve seen firsthand what a difference it made.
Personally, it's helped me with food issues, lingering p@in from my broken leg, regain range of motion and mobility that PT wasn't filling, and prevent further injury! Plus getting me through "the change" with few symptoms.
18 months ago, I turned that secret menu into a side business and God quickly showed me that this path was meant for me. This semester, I enrolled myself into this certification course to make it official. I'd love to share more results from my current and past clients.
If you’re curious what kinesiology might do for you, type "wellness" in the comments, or send me a DM.
If there is enough interest, I'll do a little workshop on the basics —plus 4 simple things you can start doing right now to support your energy and overall well-being
(especially if you feel like you’ve tried everything else).
