Today talking a little bit about fatigue and de-loading. Andrew reached out to me a couple of weeks ago. I’ve been working with him for a little over a year, talking about how his workouts are stagnant and he just doesn’t feel like he’s “making any improvements” so noticing this as fatigue management we de-loaded Andrew went up on his food a little bit and now he’s starting to make even better progress.

Sometimes the best thing you can do is listen, and as a coach over the last almost 20 years, I have found myself needing to listen more than I try to teach. a lot of coaches are very arrogant and will not do that they think it’s their way or the highway that’s simply not how you can coach everybody. Everybody is different, everybody responds differently to different protocols.

Super excited for to join the team this season. Yesterday was the first time he has ever attempted bodybuilding mandatory poses. Totally green and a True Novice. Looking to make some noise in the Super heavies this season after some True Novice and Novice stage time. Dalton is 6’3” 280 lbs in these pics and fairly lean for 280, and yes he has legs too 😎
