One of 2 ways to support Jasons' effort. This is a individual effort for Jasons to travel from Corvallis to Juneau for the tournament to play in Deweys honor. Jason is a freshman State University, a proud Klawock Chieftain who graduated last year, and would have made his grandpa dewey very proud. A 2nd posting will include raffle items later this evening . Hi everyone, this is Stacey Skan; Please consider donating to this years Klawock Mens Team. Dewey's grandson Jason is finally eligible to play this year. Dewey spent alot of time talking to many of the young men on this years team, hoping to get a mens team going again. He also played many games and spent alot of time with one of his closest friends Don Marvin, Trae's Grandpa. As well as Jack Kato; Emett Fairbanks grandpa.
We are a close community and come together to support positive efforts that build up our younger generations. You'd always see the trio sitting at all the the Chieftain games; So heres to the trio ; Dewey, Don and Jack; and the legacy that follows you all :-).
My apologies if I missed anyone else.
