Kirkland Shamrock Run traffic alert from the Kirkland, WA - Government: https://www.kirklandwa.gov/Whats-Happening/News/Traffic-Alert-for-March-14-Kirkland-Shamrock-Rundoctor. See everyone tomorrow morning!

Drivers should expect traffic delays and restricted parking due to the Kirkland Shamrock Run, to be held at Marina Park on Saturday, March 14, 2026. Roadway impacts will be in effect from 8:55 a.m. until approximately 11:30 a.m. or when the last runner passes.

With the snow fall last night, a few of our runners have asked if the Shamrock Run will still happen in the snow. Short answer is YES! Long answer is that we rely on the city to determine if conditions are degraded enough to cancel the race. So, until we hear from the city, we are ON for the Kirkland Shamrock Run! Weather for tomorrow looks good anyhow, but I wanted to make sure everyone was aware that we are monitoring the weather conditions and that our runners safety is paramount. I asked AI what it would be like to run in downtown with a bunch of snow. Remember to visit Moss Bay Hall after the run to warm up with some delicious hot cocktails and savory eats!
