Nothing but four weeks of eating! 😂
🤣she said to me today “I don’t know how you do it but I’m shrinking!”
Training ONLY 3 times a week.
Cardio ONLY 4 days a week 30 min light walk.
Pleasure working with woman who love to take care of themselves and understanding that, “we won’t be young forever“ but at least we can be healthier older version of yourself!
