TOLEDO BEND TOURNAMENTS
February 19 and 20

Saturday, February 19, is a regular scheduled tournament and Sunday, February 20, is a make-up of the first tournament that was cancelled in January. These are two independent tournaments and nothing carries over from Saturday to Sunday.

· Fishing Times, Rules, Conservation program, Weigh bags, Check in, Boat checks
o These are all the same as the Rayburn tournament
o Start fishing at 7:00 am
o Quit fishing at 2:00 pm
o Must be in weigh in line at pavilion by 3:00
o You can drive around or come by boat
o Manage your time wisely. It is a long drive to weigh in off the highway
· Location
o You can put in where ever you want
o Weigh In is at Cypress Bend of LA side of lake
· Off Limits
o The lake is off limits from sundown Sunday 2-13 to sunrise Friday 2-18 to all student anglers and boat captains entered in the event
o You are not allowed to get info from anyone that has been on the lake during off limits
· Fishing License
o A Texas license is all that you need.
o It is good anywhere on the lake.
· Boat Cards
o You have the same number all year long but will get different color cards for each tournament
o Memorize your number or take picture so it will be in your phone
o The ORANGE card is for Saturday, February 19
o The LIME GREEN is for Sunday, February 20
o Make sure you have these with you. If you go to weigh in you will have to turn it in.
· Conservation Program
o An extra way to win if you don’t have enough weight to be in the Top 40
o SETX is giving out 5 separate $100 prizes to those that enter conservation program
o Take a picture of a team member holding the fish and boat card showing boat number
o Text picture to 409-381-0451
o Release fish back into water
o Winner will be drawn and checks mailed

Our next Club meeting will be on Sunday, October 24 at 4:30 pm in the elementary cafeteria. Dues and membership forms will be due at this time. We will also size and order jerseys and hoodies. All sponsor logos and payments are due this week as well.

Next meeting on Sunday, September 26 at 4:30 pm in the elementary cafeteria. This meeting will be to turn in link sale tickets and money and items for BBQ.

Fundraiser BBQ is Saturday, October 2nd.

If any students in Grades 7 or 8 are interested in joining the Wildcat Bass Club, and were not able to attend the meeting, there are membership forms and information in the Junior High front office.
