SAC Camp and Skills continue this week!!

Physicals will be held in the Wellness Center Gym from 3:00pm - 5:30pm. Cost is $25.

All athletes MUST have a physical on file AND RankOne forms cleared with the trainers before they can workout in athletics!

Happy Monday. Reminder that physicals will be held in the wellness gym on July 15th from 3:00pm til 5:30 pm.

Also, rank one online forms are open for the 26-27 school year. Please make sure that all of your athletes have all forms filled out and a physical on file before tryouts.

Football Skills: 7:00am-8:00am - Football Skills are for both High School and Middle School
Volleyball: 7:00am-8:00am on Tuesday/Wednesday

SAC Camp:
All Girls (High School and Middle School) in the Weightroom / All Boys (High School and Middle School) at Matador Stadium: 8:00am-9:00am
All Boys (High School and Middle School) in the Weightroom / All Girls (High School and Middle School) at Matador Stadium: 9:00am-10:00am

I hope everyone has enjoyed the break. Practice resumes July 6th, and it's time to get back to work.

If you haven't been attending consistently, I strongly encourage you to start showing up. Every practice builds the foundation for the season, and every day you miss is an opportunity you don't get back.

Success in cross country isn't built overnight—it's earned one workout at a time. The athletes who commit to the process now will be the ones prepared to compete when the season begins.

Every day matters. Every workout matters. Every choice matters.

Be on time, come ready to work, and let's make this a season we're proud of.
