When hunting everything doesn't always go as planed. We shot this big guy at around 6:30 yesterday evening and gave him about 45 minutes before starting our retrieval. We found him about 100 yards from where we shot walking through the brush. We were able to make another shot, and then the retrieval began. After about 3.5 hours of searching with thermal and dogs we decided to wait till the next morning. After a sleepless night worried about the animal, we found him in the opposite direction about 460 yards up hill from where we were searching. Congratulation Jason on a beautiful Axis bull.

Congratulations to Ms. Tara. She traveled all the way from Wallace, NC along with her Husband Jason to hunt with Killen Outdoors. This was Taras first ever hunt, and she was amazing. With only 1 shot, she harvested an impressive spotted Fallow buck. Congratulations to Tara on her first harvest! Tara is truly a Killen Outdoor lady of adventure! Welcome to the club.
