Yoodelayheehoo! ✨ NEW PARK UNLOCKED ✨

Acquired back in 2025, Post Oak Ridge State Park will soon begin welcoming visitors for day use. You can now make reservations and explore the park at your own pace.

The park sits right next door to Colorado Bend State Park and is built with amenities designed intentionally to protect the sensitive ecosystems found here. Explore 3.5 miles of rolling hill country trails with several scenic overlooks.

As gates get ready to open, the park will still be under development. We encourage visitors to plan ahead, bring plenty of water, and be aware that cell coverage in the park is limited.

Looking for a chance to unwind, catch up, and enjoy great company? We are inviting everyone—including your furry family members—for another family and pet-friendly community picnic! 🐾✨

The main goal is simply to have fun and relax. This is a potluck setup, but please know it is not necessary to bring anything. Just bring yourselves and your community spirit!
