🎃🥎 Field of Screams Tournament Information
Coaches and Families,
Please see the attached map and bracket for this weekend’s event. Below are a few key reminders:
⏰ Arrival Time
Please have your team at the field at least 30 minutes before your scheduled game time and ready to go. Games will begin promptly to keep the schedule running smoothly.
🎟 Bat Raffle
Tickets are $25 each for a chance to win one of two Easton Ghost OG Rainbow Sherbet Fastpitch Bats:
30” Sherbet
33” Sherbet
The raffle drawing will take place at 2:00 PM during the tournament!
💰 50/50 Raffle
We’ll also have a 50/50 drawing — the winner will be drawn at 2:00 PM!
Please check at the concession stand after the drawing to see if you’ve won.
Don’t forget to write your name and phone number on the back of your ticket before turning it in.
Bring some extra cash for your chance to win!
👕 Tournament T-Shirts
Limited quantities will be available first-come, first-served.
If you pre-ordered a shirt, it will be ready for pickup at the concession stand/office.
🚗 Parking
There will be a $20 parking fee per vehicle (cash or Venmo only) — no gate fee will be charged.
🍔 Food & Concessions
We’ll have plenty of great options available throughout the day, including:
BBQ Food Truck
Donut Truck (with hot chocolate and cotton candy!)
Concession Stand with snacks and drinks
💇 Hair Braiding Station
We’ll also have a hair braiding station where the girls can get game-ready styles before or between games — a fun way to show team spirit and stay tournament-ready!
⚾ Umpire Fees
Each team will pay $30 cash at the plate per game, so please make sure coaches have cash on hand.
🏆 Championship Game – Umpire Fees
For the Championship Game, there will be two umpires assigned.
Each team will pay $30 at the plate.
The tournament will cover the cost of the second umpire.
This ensures a fair and well-officiated final for all divisions.
🔢 Seeding Games — VERY IMPORTANT!
After each game, the HOME TEAM must immediately text (567) 674-2445 or report to the office with the following information for seeding points:

Away Team Name & Points
Failure to report may result in no points being recorded for that game.
🎃 Pumpkin Smash Tradition
We’re adding a little spooky fun this year! Each team should bring one pumpkin decorated with your team name or logo so we know whose is whose.
When your team eliminates another team from bracket play, you’ll head over to the Pumpkin Smash area and smash that team’s pumpkin! 💥🎃
Please note: we’ll have one pumpkin per team only, since there are 18 total teams participating.
📝 Roster & Age Verification (Morning Check-In)
Turn in your team roster at the office the morning of the tournament.
Please include each player’s Full Name, Date of Birth (DOB), and Current Grade.
Parents must bring a copy of their player’s birth certificate to the fields in case clarification is needed.
