POV: You own a small business and there are simply NOT enough hours in the day. 😂🤦‍♀️

Between juggling schedules, last-minute cancellations, answering messages, creating programs, sending invoices, training clients, working with sports teams and putting out the occasional fire… the to-do list NEVER ends. 🫠

Some days we’re business owners, trainers, receptionists, accountants, marketing managers, and professional problem solvers all before lunch. 😂

It’s chaotic, it’s exhausting, and half the time we’re just winging it and hoping for the best. 🤣

But really, we are SO thankful we get to live this life, build something we’re passionate about, and do what we love every single day. We wouldn’t trade it for the world. 🫶❤️

TIGHT PECS? ROUNDED SHOULDERS? LET’S TALK POSTURE. 👀

Ever feel like your shoulders are constantly rounding forward or you’re struggling to sit or stand up straight?

Your chest muscles might be playing a role! 💪

Your pectoralis muscles (pecs) help control movement at your shoulders. When these muscles become tight or have limited mobility, they can contribute to a forward-rounded shoulder position, making it more difficult to maintain comfortable, upright posture.

But here’s the thing… tight pecs aren’t always the whole problem!

Your posture is influenced by several factors, including:

👉 Tight or restricted pec muscles that may limit shoulder mobility and range of motion.

👉 Weak or undertrained upper back muscles that may struggle to support certain shoulder positions.

👉 Poor scapular strength and control that can affect how your shoulder blades move and stabilize.

👉 Daily habits like prolonged sitting, desk work, and spending hours looking down at your phone.

So, is stretching your chest enough? 🤔
