I have all the faith that we can! With everything I've worked on while my husband is at work... maybe that means next race wifey takes her for a spin?! 🤔😆💃

What a day of racing that was had! 🏁🤘🏼

Alaska showed up with some heat 😰 and all the drivers showed up ready to put on a show!! I was so impressed with the heats these drivers had tonight! Quite a few cars took some damage in one way or another, including our own #23.

But, I think all of us in the stands and watching live can agree that we chose well asking Jake Edward Savely to hop in the driver seat for us tonight's race. He said this was his 3rd time in a modified! 😲 From the first heat through the main- he gave our car a run for it's money and watching his driving progress each lap and heat had everyone in the stands saying "just a few more races like this and he's going to want a modified!" 😆

He outdrove a few close calls tonight. But during the main the right rear tire lost too much air pressure and that last spin out sent him up into the wall of turns 1 & 2. Thankfully he's okay and the car didn't suffer any catastrophic damage as far as the rear end goes. It'll take some work to get it back together, but thats a part of racing. We both knew he has plenty enough experience on this track to trust him in the #23. We were (and still are) confident in his ability and his integrity as a driver.

Jake- again, please dont beat yourself up over any of it, we cannot thank you and the Savely Family Racing team enough for hopping in and helping out our team! I sure hope yall get a chance to watch each video so you can see how well you truly handled that car tonight, it exceeded any expectations we had. We'll get her all fixed up and back out there soon enough! 🏎💨
