What a weekend for our athletes! 🇺🇸🎯

Four athletes stepped up to compete in International S***t and Bunker Trap… two of the most challenging disciplines on the field.

🥈 Shawn — 3rd Place, Senior Division & 2nd Place Overall Final, Bunker Trap
After winning the Senior Division, Shawn battled through the overall final and finished 2nd, with the difference between 1st and 2nd coming down to a shoot-off. He missed 1st place by just one bird.

🏆 Elsa — 1st Place, Intermediate Bunker Trap - Our 7th grader took the top spot in her division!

🎯 Mason — S***t Finalist
🎯 Jacob — Bunker Trap Finalist

And honestly, we couldn’t be more proud of all four athletes.

These aren’t necessarily the disciplines everyone is lining up to shoot. They’re difficult, demanding, and easy to avoid. But choosing to step onto the field and take on something that challenges you the most is where character is built.

The medal is great. The courage to try the hard thing is even better.

Four athletes. Two disciplines. One incredible weekend. 💙💛

💙💛 Help Us Build the Future of Keller Clay Target Team! 💛💙

This year for North Texas Giving Day consider donating to our organization.

Keller Clay Target Team is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, and this year we’re asking our KCTT family, friends, alumni, and community supporters to help us reach our $2,000 fundraising goal.

Every dollar raised through North Texas Giving Day will go directly toward our KCTT Midway Endowment — helping us build a stronger financial foundation for the team and future Keller athletes.

ALL FUNDS RAISED ON 9/17/2026 WILL BE MATCHED!

That means your donation can have an even greater impact on our team.

Whether you’ve been part of KCTT for years, have a student on the team today, are a former athlete or family member, or simply want to support local youth and the opportunities our program provides — we’d be grateful for your support.

Goal: $2,000
North Texas Giving Day: September 17, 2026
* 100% of funds raised go toward the KCTT Midway Endowment
* All funds raised will be matched!

Scan the QR code on the flyer or visit https://www.zeffy.com/en-US/donation-form/north-texas-giving-day-support-the-keller-clay-target-team to make your donation.

Every gift helps us continue building a program that provides young athletes with opportunities to develop discipline, confidence, teamwork, and lifelong skills.

Thank you for supporting Keller Clay Target Team! 💙💛

🏆🏆 BACK-TO-BACK STATE CHAMPION. 🏆🏆

Ryland Helms has done it again!

Today, Ryland successfully defended his Texas SCTP State Championship title in International S***t, capturing the 2026 TX SCTP State Championship and helping the Keller Clay Target Team secure an incredible 3-peat in the discipline.

Ryland posted a strong 71/75 in preliminary competition to earn the #1 bib heading into the finals. He then delivered under pressure, shooting 52/60 in the championship round to claim the title.

State championships aren’t won by accident. They are earned through countless hours of practice, dedication, and composure when it matters most. Ryland’s performance is a testament to the work he has put in throughout the year and the championship culture being built within our program.

Congratulations, Ryland, on an outstanding accomplishment and on representing Keller Clay Target Team with excellence!
