Here’s some information

This program will run for this school year into summer. Ideally I’d love the team to learn cheering for a team as the goal is to have this be on a school level.

We will be starting with basic fundamentals. (Motions, chants, cheering with pom poms and an intro into stunts)

I 100% plan to have cheer as an option alongside the other sports offered at AuSable Valley middle high for the 2026-2027 school year.

If this program is successful I’d like to offer it as long as we have a team wanting to cheer 🙂

Let’s be honest there is not a lot for our littles to do around here, at least on a consistent level. Ideally I’d like to practice 2-3 times a week for at least 90 mins.

Practices are not set up yet! Once we get enough members I will be able to navigate all the fine details.

Your child’s name, grade and age
these practices will be basic fundamentals on chants, motions and introduction to stunts. This team will not be involved with the school district as nothing is offered for our Elementary age kids. However, if we can get a team together there are so many sports other families in our ditrict volunteer to during summer for our kids so perhaps we can cheer for them!

Hey everyone, Welcome to cheer! I will be starting a Cheer team for elementary students in AuSable Valley school district. I’d like to have a “sign up” so we can start practicing as soon as possible. If your child is in Elementary and in AuSable district they are eligible to sign up 🙂
