Update on practice for the week - since most of our crew has been practicing nonstop since November we are going to take a week break this week and let bodies rest and heal up after state. Again great job this last weekend at state! Rest up and be ready to go next Tuesday May, 12 from 6-7:30 pm!

GRFSA store will be open through Friday. Items will be in before our next tournament. We are not placing a singlet order at this time as the turn around for those takes a bit longer.

No GRFSA this evening (Thursday April 2). With spring break and many families out of town along with Her Circle Duals this evening many of our regular athletes are either out of town or competing. We will see everyone again on Tuesday!

This week we have a one practice change and a few events on the schedule.
Tuesday - Practice will be 7:00 - 8:30
Thursday - We are able to host weigh ins for Black and Blue Freestyle Tournament this week. Weigh ins will be from 6-8 pm at the main entrance to the High School gym. Weigh in before or after practice.
Saturday - Black and Blue Freestyle - Olathe West High School

Schedule Changes:
We have many girls competing in a dual tournament on April 11 in Kansas. There is a greco tournament that weekend as well. Not sure right now for coaches - always feel free to go on your own though!
April 18 - We will be attending Twin Rivers in Iowa - I will check to see if we have coaches staying back to attend the local freestyle tournament.

Reminder as youth season has concluded it is time for Freestyle/Greco Season! We have had a great start with our high schoolers so far and look forward to the youth wrestlers joining us this week. Practice tonight at 6:00 - Kearney High School!
