Enjoyed the offseason, enhanced the program, ready to kick off the summer in July!

New logo, now training boys and girls, focusing on skills development and skills enhancement.

Implementing I'MPOSSIBLE Training and incorporating BlazePod light reaction system to create accountability, speed, and explosiveness.

Now training at The Downtown Club at The Met, and continuing at FILHoops Gym at the normal days/times.

Website update in progress and deploying soon.

Good things happening - looking forward to seeing you all again soon.

Great day of training today. Worked on staying acccountable to the training tools, ball control, speed, and explosion. All with a little gaming added in.

Control + Accountability + Speed and Explosiveness.

That’s the next step in the CRKHoops progression. Getting ready for Summer 2021!
