Enjoying some fresh air at work today ☀️
It's 65 degrees here at the clinic, and we made sure we took advantage of that and touched some grass! Just 20–30 minutes outside each day can boost your brainpower, lower stress (bye, cortisol!), and lift your mood. Even 15 minutes helps but aim for at least 2 hours a week for maximum well-being! 🌳✨
