I have been teaching pilates since 2001 and I find it endlessly fascinating. There is always something new to learn and discover about this method. When I teach I bring with it my training in Pilates, dance, aerial classes, and yoga principles. I understand movement and how the body works. I have helped countless students fully understand the principles behind the exercises. I tell them "When you

understand the why, you can do the movement." My philosophy is: 'Your body is an amazing instrument, designed to move with ease and fluidity. It is only our current lifestyles that wreak havoc on the natural movement. Don't limit yourself by saying what you can't do, but rediscover your inborn potential.'
