We don’t share our kids on here often. Our page has always been about Carlos and I, the life we’re building, the goals we’re chasing, and hopefully the example we can set for others.
But today felt worth sharing. 🧡
We started with a 4-mile run through the zoo, then brought Liam, Ezra & Roby along for an additional mile. And watching them run beside us was one of those moments that hits a little different.
Roby finished with a 1-minute mile PR — 10:44! 🔥
And for Ezzy, it was his first mile ever. 🥹
As parents, there’s nothing quite like watching your kids follow you—not because you told them to, but because they see you doing something positive and want to be part of it.
We hope they grow up knowing that movement is something to enjoy, goals are something to chase, and showing up for yourself matters.
Maybe the biggest influence we’ll ever have isn’t what we say to our kids…
it’s what they see us do. ❤️
