It’s a feeling that comes up in certain situations and can shape how we think and act.

Just as we experience other emotions, fear is one that our mind can create based on what we think and imagine.

🌟Every idea or plan starts as a thought.

Before something happens or is created, it exists in the mind, even if just as a tiny spark.

This initial thought can start to influence what actually happens in real life, sometimes without us even trying to make it happen.

🌟Each person’s mind is like a filter, with choices about which ideas to let in or ignore.

Other people’s thoughts and ideas float around us in conversations, media, and more, and we each have the ability to choose which of these ideas become part of our own thinking.

This filtering is part of how we shape our personal experiences and perspectives.

💞Stress and overwhelm create burnout 💞

In my own life, I’ve experienced this truth firsthand. There was a time when I was so wrapped up in my responsibilities, expectations, and the constant pressure to keep going that I didn't notice the toll it was taking. I thought if I just worked harder and pushed through the stress, things would improve. But instead, I found myself spiraling into exhaustion, emotionally drained and physically depleted.

Burnout doesn't happen overnight—it creeps in when we’re constantly stressed and feeling overwhelmed. I’ve learned that true resilience isn’t about powering through; it’s about setting boundaries, finding balance, and making space for renewal. Today, I’m dedicated to helping others recognize these signs early and build lives that prioritize well-being over constant hustle.

Burnout doesn’t have to be the end; it can be the beginning of a deeper journey to self-care and transformation. Remember, taking a step back isn't failure—it's survival.
