🏁 The First Don Noys Invitational – It's a Wrap! 🏁

What an incredible day. 5 teams, 12 hours, 450+ miles, and memories that will last a lifetime.

We started with a little early drama as teams found their rhythm, but by the end of the day the event ran clean – no accidents, no penalty points, and every finisher crossing the line with something to be proud of. One blown tire and one scooter sidelined by intermittent electrical gremlins couldn't take away from what was a truly epic event.

THE RESULTS

With two teams finishing neck-and-neck at 24 laps, the Ray Collins Cup came down to the oldest scooter as the deciding factor. Congratulations to Louie, Clint, Alex, and Todd for taking home the inaugural Ray Collins Cup! Can they defend their title next year, or will someone step up to take it?

Third place was equally tight – another tie at 23 laps, settled once again decided by the age of the scooter. Respect to all involved.

If you've registered for the Don Noys Invitational (donnoys.com), it's time to start thinking about getting your machine ready for 12 hours. This isn't a Sunday ride to the cafe—this is endurance preparation!

Winter teardown and inspection ideas:

ENGINE
• Strip and inspect gearbox; replace oil
• Check clutch plates for glazing or wear
• Clean carburetor; prepare for high-altitude jetting
• Inspect your fuel line

CHASSIS
• Strip brake system; replace cables, shoes if needed
• Lubricate & adjust cables; replace if frayed
• Check tire tread

Welcome! This is the digital paddock for the premier scooter reliability trial returning to the spirit of the 1960s Isle of Man endurance events.

On June 6th, 2026, 20 teams will tackle 12 continuous hours across a 20.4-mile circuit in Kamas, Utah.

This isn't a race—it's a test of mechanical mastery and rider consistency. Only those who prove their reliability and accuracy will earn membership in the Stingray Society.
