A new week is here, and we can’t wait to spend it with all of our amazing moms and littles! 💜 Whether you’re joining us for a workout, our Walk/Run/Coffee meetup, or Run Club, there’s something for everyone this week.

📣 Schedule Update:
Our Walk • Run • Coffee that was originally scheduled for Monday, July 13 has been rescheduled to Tuesday, July 14 at 10:45 AM at Celery Flats. We hope you’ll join us for a fun morning of movement, coffee, and great conversation!

🌈 Friday Theme: Rainbow Day! 🌈
This Friday is Rainbow Day! Wear one color of the rainbow or go all out and wear every color you can! We can’t wait to see everyone’s colorful outfits during Run Club and Pilates. Be sure to snap some pictures with us! ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

💜 RUN CLUB UPDATE 💜

The health and safety of our iStroll Kalamazoo families will always come first.
Due to the extreme heat and high humidity expected tomorrow, we have made the decision to reschedule Run Club and cancel our HIIT workout. While we know this is disappointing, we don’t want anyone pushing themselves in unsafe conditions or risking heat-related illness.

We’re hopeful that next week’s cooler temperatures and lower humidity will make for a much safer and more enjoyable run together!

To help our classes run as smoothly as possible, please remember to sign up for every class you plan to attend!

🗓️ Class sign-up closes at 11:00 PM the night before for most classes.
�⏰ If your plans change, please cancel your reservation at least 2 hours before class.
We completely understand that life happens and last-minute changes aren’t always avoidable! ❤️ Giving us as much notice as possible helps us plan, prepare equipment, and make sure every class is ready for you.
